Q: How to sign up for SodaCard?

A: How to sign up for SodaCard?

Pick up a physical card in-store | Visit any SodaCard location and look for the Soda-branded kiosk. You’ll find a stash of physical Soda cards on the top left corner of the case. Take one and hit the “Tap to Soda” button on the kiosk screen. You’ll be asked to scan the QR code on your new card to the tablet, then associate your account with an email address and PIN. Congratulations, you’re now a Soda member!

Download the Soda app | Search for “Soda Card” on Apple App store or Google Play Store. Download the app and register your account with a valid email address and PIN. You’ll be able to scan the QR code on your app directly to the SodaCard kiosk. No physical card required!

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Scan the QR code on your Soda card to any Soda kiosk. You’ll earn 5 points with each visit, which can be used to unlock exciting rewards at each merchant location.

Q: What kind of reward can I redeem?

A: We work with great brands to create unique, highly attractive loyalty programs that are completely customized to each business. The rewards are often dynamic and can change according seasonality. We also use behavioural triggers, so the more you use the system, the more personalized your rewards journey gets.

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: Simply scan the QR code on your Soda card to any Soda kiosk. Our system will automatically log you into your account. To redeem a reward, simply select it from the list and press redeem. Enter your PIN and show the redemption screen or printed receipt to staff to claim your reward.

*Please Note: Your email address must be verified before you can redeem rewards. Upon registration, you’ll receive a welcome email from us. Simply click the link on the email to verify your account.

Q: How do I check my points?

A: Simply scan the QR code on your Soda card to any Soda kiosk. Our system will automatically log you into your account, where you can view your points balance. You can also view a running tally of all points earned on the Soda mobile app under "My Places".

Q: How do I link my physical Soda card to my phone app?

A: Download the Soda app for iPhone or Android then log in with your registered email address and PIN. The app will automatically sync accounts.

Q: If I forget to take my Soda card with me, is there still a way to earn points?

A: Of course! You only need to choose “Log in with email” on the scan screen of the Soda kiosk. Simply input your email address to log in and earn points as usual.

Q: If I lose my Soda card, is it possible to get a replacement?

A: Simply visit any Soda location and pick up a new physical card from the kiosk. Select “Replace lost card” on the scan screen. Then simply input your existing email address and PIN. Your new card will be instantly activated upon scanning. We’ll also deactivate your old card for you to protect your points.

Alternatively, just download the Soda app for iPhone or Android, and enter your existing email address and PIN to access your digital QR code and account details.

Q: Can I redeem my rewards at every merchant I visit?

A: No. Although SodaCard is a universal loyalty program, points earned at each merchant brand can only be used within that merchant brand.

Q: How come I can’t redeem any rewards?

A: There could be several reasons why you are unable to redeem:

Email verification | New users are sent a welcome email upon registration. Please make sure you click the link in the welcome email to activate your account. You’ll be able to redeem rewards instantly!

Terms & Conditions | Since rewards are different at every merchant, the terms and conditions may vary from reward to rewards. Always read the terms and conditions carefully before redeeming an offer. There might be a deadline and/or limited quantity on certain rewards.

Policy of merchant | Different merchant have different operational policies. Some merchants may require customers to make a purchase every time they earn or redeem rewards, while others may allow free checkins.

Q: How do I search for nearby locations on my Soda app?

A: Once your app is downloaded and you’ve logged in to your account, simply click Nearby Places to view a list of merchants nearest to your location. You can also access the map on the Soda app to view locations across the city.

Q: How do I manage my subscriptions?

A: As a Soda member, you can manage how we communicate with you. Simply click the “Manage My Subscriptions” footer link on any communication we send, to choose whether or not you want to receive information from SodaCard or partner merchants. In the meantime, we’ll only send you targeted information from the places that you visit.

Q: How do I change my PIN?

A: There could be several methods:

On Mobile | On the Soda app, simply select settings to change your PIN.

On Your Computer | Alternatively, you can reset your PIN on our website through the following link: http://sodacard.com/forgot-pin/ An email will be sent to your registered account. Simply click on the link within to create a new PIN.
