Q: How do I register my Soda card?

A: Register your card by scanning its QR code on the Soda kiosk at any participating location. Provide your email address to receive a welcome email. Simply follow the steps to complete your account and begin receiving custom offers from your favourite places.

Q: How do I link my physical Soda card to my phone app?

A: Download the Soda app for iPhone or Android then log in with your registered email address and PIN. The app will automatically sync accounts.

Q: Where can I see which rewards I can redeem?

A: Check in at a Soda kiosk to view points earned and eligible rewards at that location. On the phone app, tap "Nearby Places" to browse awesome rewards in your vicinity.

Q: Where can I view my points earned?

A: Besides checking in at Soda locations, you can also view a running tally of all points earned on the phone app under "My Places".

Q: How do I redeem my Soda points on the kiosk?

A: Scan your card at a Soda kiosk to view a list of rewards for that specific business or location. Each check-in earns you 5 points, which means you can unlock new rewards with every visit. To redeem a reward, simply select it from the list and enter your PIN to redeem. Then show the screen or the recipt to an employee to claim your reward.

Q: What if I forgot my Soda Card, is there another way to check in and earn points?

A: Hell yeah! Just tap the Soda kiosk and select "Forgot your card" to log in with your email.

Q: Uh oh, I've lost my Soda card. Where can I get a new one?

A: Grab a fresh card at any participating location. Then select "Replace lost card" on the Soda kiosk. Enter your registered email address and PIN, then scan in your new card. We'll instantly activate the new card and void the old one.
